Centre for Common Ground (CCG) seeks an experienced consultant or a company to carry out the Final Evaluation of the project “Strengthening local communities’ resilience to violent extremism in North Macedonia”(phase 2).
Since 2008, Centre for Common Ground (CCG) has been working toward reconciliation, interethnic relations and stability in the Western Balkans. CCG’s mission is to transform the way people and communities deal with conflict – away from adversarial approaches and towards cooperative solutions. Its projects are created to strengthen societies’ capacity to deal with conflicts constructively: to understand the differences and act on the commonalities. Using innovative tools such as education, media, dialog, music, sport, arts and culture and working at different levels of society, CCG engage in pragmatic long-term processes of conflict transformation building social cohesion and using non-violent communication.
In the scope of the project “Strengthening local communities’s resilience to violent extremism in North Macedonia” funded by The British Embassy in Skopje, CCG has to carry out a Final Evaluation of the project. For this purpose, CCG announce a public call for an external Consultant or company to conduct the Evaluation and to prepare the report of the project impact ands achievements.
The timeframe of the execution of the Final Evaluation is in from 5 March- 31 March, 2023.

Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; at least five years of M&E experience, specifically in designing and implementing surveys, evaluation of projects funded by different donors.
- Experienced in all aspects of survey management; validity testing, quantitative analysis, etc.
- Excellent written English skills preferred
- Strong computer spreadsheet/word processing/data base/SPSS skills required
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
