Online Platform PCVENET

Centre for Common Ground – CCG has launched an Online Platform PCVENET as part of the project “Strengthening the resilience of local communities to violent extremism in Macedonia” supported by the Embassy of the United Kingdom and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Skopje.

The Online Platform www.pcvenet.mk is designed to help the visitors access articles, events and other related items to PCVE in North Macedonia. This platform is initially made for the Civil Society Organizations – CSOs and Local Communities, to ensure a space where everyone can coordinate using a calendar of events. It is an ownership of CCG until October 2020, when National Committee for Countering Violent Extremism and Countering Terrorism – NCCVECT is planned to take it over. PCVENET has three menus. Two are visible without signing in and the third is only visible when one registers as a member. Once a user account is created, everyone can access its features, such as Groups where specific users can share documents and information of common interest. Uploading documents using the Documents Tab, such as research papers, publications, reports and similar will be a tool accessible to the members.

Calendar Tab is intended to bring an easy coordination between CSOs when planning major events, conferences, workshops. Other tabs: Blog, Friends, Messages, Notifications, Forums.
